Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Oracle Games. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email meteor.insight14@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your game arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
